Marc has spent over 30 years as a Hotelier. He is a recognised leader, director and general manager with a natural ability to train and motivate. He is a hands-on, multi-skilled operator of golf and leisure resorts, 4 star corporate and private boutique hotels and restaurants.

Marc has experience in high-end restaurants, lounges, bar and coffee shop concept designs, menu creation and brand implementation. Marc currently owns and operates a bistro in his hometown of Runcorn and has previously owned and operated the number one rated restaurant on trip advisor, that sat a #1 of #2660 in Cheshire!
